How to make Pineapple sweeter after you have bought it from your local store.

It's quite simple to do, find a good looking fragrant pineapple maybe at Costco then just cut the top off and turn it over

and let sit over night at least, more time is even better up to 2 days unless the pineapple is ready before that set it in a

clean dish to catch the juice.

When you are ready to use it cut in sections and try it out. You won't believe that the Pineapple could be that sweet.

Learned this from a friend. I bet that's what the Fancy Restaurant's do to make them taste so good.
